Fast slide to Christmas!
I can’t believe how quickly we’ve slid to the end of November! Christmas decorations are up all over the place. The Christmas movies have started in earnest. It seems to have arrived so quickly this year. People generally also seem to have embraced Christmas earlier than usual as well.
I’m looking forward to a couple of weeks off over the Christmas / New Year period. Three weeks to go until I can go a bit slower, and I can’t wait. It’s been a whirlwind of a year.
In book news, I expect Angel to be available within a week. It’s ready earlier than anticipated, which is great.

Once bitten, twice shy…
Angel Abraham decided she was marrying Ethan Blake when she was six years old. With an engagement ring proudly nestled on her finger it seemed her wish had come true, until overnight it all went spectacularly bad, leaving Angel nursing a broken heart. Now he’s back, and she’s mad as hell. If the bride wasn’t her best friend she would have ‘noped’ right out of the wedding party. And that was before Ethan turned up working again alongside her.
Ethan Blake thought he had it all: a fabulous veterinary career and happy-ever-after with Angel. That is until a furious Angel ended things with no explanation, leaving him broken and bewildered. The silence is deafening. When his company joins with another vet surgery and he finds himself working alongside Angel, he’s hopeful he might finally get some answers. When she pops up opposite him in his best mate’s wedding and they’re forced to get up close and personal, Ethan realises the magic is still there.
He has time, and he has a plan: to show Angel he’s still the man she fell in love with. What he doesn’t know is that Angel holds a secret that might unravel it all.
Will love be enough?
Angel can be purchased here.
I’m seventy-five per cent done with writing the first draft of Built to Last. I’m having heaps of fun with Freddie and Tam. I love it when the direction of a novel takes me by surprise. Freddie and Tam seem to have hijacked their book, and I love it!
The storyline for Daily Grind has been percolating in the back of my mind as well, so I’m looking forward to getting started with Artie’s story as well.
Take care until next time.
